Spring is slowly coming to Shelly Creek Park and strata residents have already begun volunteering their time to improve this precious space. Below, Sue Wilson and her grandson, Silas, spent an afternoon taking out Himalayan blackberry canes.
After getting permission from City of Parksville staff, Doreen and Ron Seebacher planted four trees donated by their daughter, Tanya: two pines, a Sitka Spruce and a Douglas Fir. Thank you Seebachers!
