STRATA UTILITIES SURVEY INFORMATION
These files contain crucial information that you need to access before planting trees or digging to any depth in your front or side yards. Call before you dig services are not available in the strata and these files contain the information that the city would typically have. It is the owner's responsibility to ensure that no damage to the utilities infrastructure occurs when making changes on your property.
This information was gathered in a survey done March 2026. If you require measurements for the utilities from the diagrams, the following is recommended. Any questions please contact the Strata Council.

4. In Google Earth go to Tools -> Select Ruler and then choose Meters from the dropdown and make your measurements.
C3D - This is a georeferenced AutoCAD Civil 3D file that surveyors and engineers can use for planning and, if necessary, re-establishing locate marks. The drawing is in UTM NAD83 HT2.0. The located items were collected with GNSS at approximately 0.025 m accuracy. Instructions are included in the folder.

CSV - This is a coordinate file of all located shut-off valves that a surveyor can import into their instrument. The points are in UTM NAD83 HT2.0. The located items were collected with GNSS at approximately 0.025 m accuracy. Instructions are included in the folder.
Notes for Use:
1. This file you can give to a surveyor and they can stake out all of the locates in the drawing. Click here to access.

ACAD - This is a basic AutoCAD drawing showing all locates.

PDF - This folder contains PDF drawings of the locates, including dimensions to the shut-offs.
Notes for Use: Double click to open and pick your PDF reader. If you just want an overview, the PDF files are great and can be viewed on a tablet, or phone. You can also print off a portion of the PDF that is your property at any print shop.
